Today is such a busy day for me! Busy in a way though that I am not pressured at all to finish something. In fact, I slept in this morning until 10 something. We all did. We could have overstayed in bed till noon but we were already hungry so we had to get up and make ourselves some yumminess in the kitchen! Today’s busy-ness is pretty much brought by some household chores that have not been taken cared of in a while. It was nice to be able to do a bit of rearranging and re-organizing in our kitchen and living room.
And because the sun is shining brightly outside, I thought of going out to try to enjoy the wintry breeze. Too bad though that the sunshine only fooled us as the wind chill was actually negative 7 degrees Fahrenheit. Still so bitterly cold, so I decided to just head to the store and do some shopping. Grocery shopping and more did take my afternoon away that I was given a very nice glimpse of the sunset on my way home.
And then, I was on a perfect timing! Superbowl XLVIII just started when I got home. The Seattle Hawks and The Denver Broncos it is! I can feel how great this night would be for either of the team and their respective fans. I would have loved to cheer for Green Bay Packers (LOL), but for now, I’ll go with the Seattle Hawks. Nothing special on our table, but I was able to grab some chips and sliced the yummy Papaya for the Papaya monsters around here– the husband and little T.
For being sports lovers, the Superbowl takes our early evening tonight. I look forward to the Halftime show because I learned that it’s Bruno Mars who will be performing. I am sure it will be a great show. So far, it is 22-0 in favor of Seattle. They are so defensive and they make Touchdowns looks so easy to achieve.
The weekend fun is now over. I am thankful for the short break I’ve had and before another busy week starts, I am glad to be able to post the 33rd Snap of the Year! Thanks for joining, too! I hope you have an equally fun Sunday! 🙂
