As high as 73F

And
it's awesome! This is the warmest temperature we've had here to date for this year and really, everybody is loving it! Perfect for the final day of the month of March, eh? We went out earlier for my daughter's dental appointment and passing by a park along HH-highway was like a feast-- lots of kids in the playground and mommies are chit-chatting and it looked like a perfect summery weather! Oh... spring is indeed here! Tomorrow though, it's forecasted to drop down in the 60s and in the 50s for the weekend so today, there is no reason not to enjoy the warmth! Hope you are having a blast as well!

Spring cleaning and stuff

It's
time for spring cleaning! Oh yes, time to give that closet of yours a look at. It may be time to pull out those unused items and give them away, don't you think? I'm starting my version of spring cleaning because I'm set to ship out giant boxes to Philippines in May. Hopefully, these two big boxes that I have will be filled by then.

Meanwhile, along with the warmer temperature comes the best times to stay outside. Even if it's just in the deck or patio, in the pool area or garden spots, it always feels good to sit back and relax, and enjoy the nature that we can only have on spring and summer seasons! Are you needing any kind of outdoor furniture then? You might want to check out outbackpatio.com! It's a good site to shop for beautiful furniture!

Back in Philippines, I love letting myself in a standby mode in a hut that looks like this:

Usually, huts or sheds like this are found in beaches and resorts but recently, it has become sort of a trend in the southern part of Philippines to be used as rest areas along the highways. Some homes also have one and is used as their outdoor resting area just by their front or back yard. I know because my cousin has one and we loved staying there because it really is a cool place to stand by and play either board games or just hang out.

So what kind of outdoor furniture is your preference for the warm season?

Coach Gifts?

How do I like to receive coach gifts? Hmm.... I need not answer it! I think every woman would never decline such a present, eh? So if you've ever thought of handling me any Coach stuff, sure, I'll be all smiles. LOL. Actually, I'm waiting for the belated birthday present that my sister in HK is sending me. Last year, she sent me a Fendi purse with matching wallet and a high heel and of I loved it so much! For this year, who knows I might be receiving a Coach from her. She said it's a surprise so she's not telling me what it is. Well, surprises are parts of a birthday celebration and it makes it even more memorable so I'm up for surprises whether in advance or delayed. Life is full of surprises as well so you could guess I'm so used to it!

And I turned 27!

Yesterday
was a success! I didn't have an extravagant celebration to boast but the messages of thoughts and love that have poured in are innumerable, thus, I can only say, I'm lucky for being remembered on my birthday.

From my family and friends in CDO and anywhere in Philippines and around the world, and from all of my virtual comrades, THANK YOU everyone for your thoughts, prayers, wishes, and love.

We only lunched out at a chinese buffet because I felt like eating the best lo-mien in town and we did. I had the sweetest desserts with the varieties of sweets I took at the the dessert section that I more than satisfied my sweet tooth. A little shopping was made, thanks to swithart for the spree! And when we got home, I decided to make a spaghetti and show it off to my loved ones back home and somewhere because I know they'll be really drooling on my version and because I've had enough of the cake, I ignored the chocolait moist that the hubby and daughter baked and put my birthday candle on the spaghetti serving instead! Quite unique actually!

And I turned 27 years old, hurray!

Today starts my journey for another year and I can only say a prayer of thanksgiving for what He has done for me and what He'll be doing ahead. I am thankful I've reached this far and yes, I kind of love being 27! LOL.

Disney Vacations

Have
you been to any Disney escapade? I have been to one, in the summer of 2005, in Orlando, Florida, but that time, I didn't get to enjoy what Disney offers because I was overwhelmed with the reality that I have finally stepped foot on such trail! LOL. I mean, I never dreamed of it, and yet, it became a reality. Well, I was childless that time and I feel like the place wasn't for me.

Not now though. Having our little one five years later, I'm sure those Disney vacations would turn out to be a wonderful adventure for us! Just who isn't delighted with Disney characters and thrills? See how these two creatures seemed to be having a blast?

That's my elder sister and her daughter Shai-shai in Tokyo Disneyland in Japan. They said roaming around the place in just one day isn't enough with the countless fun and adventure that await everyone. So when's your next Disneyland or Disneyworld adventure guys? Ours is yet to be planned!

Weekend Bits

I
had a great day today, so far! Right now, I can hear the noise that the hubby is making with the kitchenwares. I think he's preparing something for me and the daughter as his treat on the eve of my birthday. LOL. He feels like giving me a break, after all, I deserved it, right? Ha ha ha. We have plans of going out tomorrow and the little one keeps asking dadi to go and buy a flower for mum. Sweet. Every birthday is indeed a cool day.

But really, we had a great time at church today. We received one of those communion invitations because our church is scheduling one for next weekend. We always do it twice a year and usually, it happens on the first quarter of the year and on the last. It was great seeing the church family having a good time during worship time and one the fellowship dinner. It would have been nicer if it has warmed up because there were a lot of kids who visited our church today and having them play and run around outside would be great. Unfortunately, we aren't blessed still with a summery temperature. Still in the 30s here! I only hope that tomorrow, the sun would shine brightly so that my birthday would be a good walk in the park! :)

Excited!

It's the thought of the weekend that I'm most excited at! First of all, I'm gonna be turning a year older on Sunday so that's a reason enough for my excitement. Unlike many who dread each time they turn a year older, I am one of those few who adore such day. It's always worth a celebration, not necessarily through abundant foods and luxurious presents, but through a happy heart.

Also, a friend of ours based in the UK is here in Point right now and we might be seeing each other tomorrow at church, if all things turn our well for them. She's here for a two-week-vacation to see her fiance who lives here and I was thrilled to know as we talked each other on the phone earlier that this coming Wednesday, they'll be flying to Las Vegas and get married there. Wow! Really awesome! That would mean she'd be moving here anytime soon! She only has to conquer the NCLEX and she's good to come! (Yep, she's a nurse in the UK.)

And one more thing, I am feeling ecstatic for swithart's cousin who made it to the 2009 Philippine Bar Exam. The result is out earlier today and it feels great to see his name in the list of passers. However, I am very devastated to know that my college best buddy didn't make it. I couldn't believe it and I have yet to chat with her to know what went wrong. This will be another post and I hope to let this out soon! :) Meanwhile, I wish you all a beautiful weekend ahead!

The best buy ever!

Spring
has begun and so does spring shopping! I've been hopping around the mall, looking for the best bargain that I could find because I don't want to pay the exact prices for those particular items when I know I can get them in a reduced prices. Oh yeah, sales are everywhere these days, especially winter clearance! How much have you spent so far guys?

For me, take a look at this:

It's originally priced for $14 and you know how much did it cost me? Only $.13! "What???" I heard you asked so! Even myself am shocked as well! It's for my little girl and you bet she loved it so much and it looks good on her as well! So I can say this one's one of the best buys I have done ever! It's like more than 90% off, right? You do the math.

The reason actually is because of the different sizes. The top is sized 4T and the pants is 3T. The store thought it was a factory error and must be a big deal for the consumer; thus, the store had it for such price. How awesome of me to have checked it out, eh? The size isn't that big of a factor for me at all. And so, I thought I had a sweet steal.

Now that the little one is into it, she thinks my next target should be a uniform custom hats for the three of us. She saw this one episode of Sesame Street where a family wore the same shirts and hats and she thinks it would be cool if we do the same. Oh kid! I never knew they can be such creative, really. Well, usimprints.com has customized products as promotional items and it's worth taking a look at. I might get three shirts or hats printed for the three of us. That way, I could satisfy my daughter's desire! He he he.

The Internet Danger is all around!

With that, we should protect our kids!
Oh yes, the dangers from sexual predators, bullying, assault from strangers, and so on and so forth don't only happen in real live situations! They also occur over the internet-- the place where almost everyone has access, including our kids! Heard of the internet predators that Dateline NBC has captured? Ever read, heard, or seen teens committing suicides because and through the internet? Ah... they're becoming a trend in the cyberspace right now and they sure can do a lot of bad stuff to our kids if we don't protect them from those harms.

The good news? There is an Internet Safety Software available for every household right now! It's out in the market and it is Spector Pro who is behind such monitoring software. Sounds really good and helpful, right? It supervises and records our children's internet usage and activities, thus, giving us so much reason to feel safe and secure with the internet. I hope you will get this software for your family!

Farewell Winter!

Goodbye
and fare thee well winter! Because I am so looking forward to the spring and summertime that I wanna get you out of my life the soonest! LOL.

Our temperature for this week is in the 50s! Not what I most preferred but I can't complain. In fact, I am very satisfied with the 54F that we have here today. I walked for an hour outside, headed to the Dollar General store and was able to buy clothing sold at an awesome 90% off. Cool, right? But the coolest was having to walk around by myself, just with a spring sweater on, and not feel cold at all. There are still a bit of snow left that aren't melted yet, those that were piled like mountains in some corners and yes, it won't be long till they'll all disappear. And then, everybody will be happy! :D

The park is what most will be going to when it's already warm. So that park pictured above will be full packed soon, after a very silent winter that passed through. I still haven't seen budding plants around. I think it's still too cold for them but the birds are already chirping and singing their heart out. Indeed, the official start of the spring is already here! Aren't you thankful?

Get Some Help

Anyone,
if you or someone you know are suffering or have died from a malignant Mesothelioma, all I can say is, get the help that you need and deserved! I've seen quite a number of times on TV about families who were broken down because of their loved ones who died from asbestos and mesothelioma cancer and have not gotten the help that they should be getting. I's a pity, really. The good thing is that there are lawyers out there who can help you fight for the claims, if the company seems to abandon or ignore you as a victim. More than anything else, mesotheliomahelp.net is a great site that offers resources on treatment, legal options, and other ways of support. Whether you are a patient, a family, or a professional, the site is a good one to check out!

Spring Finding

It's
the spring break! And oh... I'm loving it! Why not, when the husband gets to have a full week break from school! We are planning of heading north to check out a car dealership because we feel like checking the latest model of this particular car after we realized that around this time is the best season to get a new car. Online car dealers are also good to look at, and a complete list of online truck accessories can also be found at realtruck.com just so you might want to visit the site. Who among you are planning to get a new or second-hand car soon? Or if you are just in need of a truck, car, or SUV accessories, then better check out the site that I've just mentioned! You will like their bargain boulevard!

It's Weekend!!!

And
I'm loving it! I know, I've said it countless times, but can you blame me? Weekend is the best time to cast all my cares and burdens away! It's been a rough week for me, especially yesterday when I had a sleepless night before that. Someone and some things broke my heart away and I have to mend it before the weekend comes just so I could settle my blood pressure right. LOL. Now that I feel healed, I am gladly welcoming the weekend with vigor and so much desire to rest and be with the two most important people in my life-- my husband and daughter!

Photo captured at a park nearby last Fall. Ain't that lovely?

For the beauty of the earth, For the glory of the skies,
For the love which from our birth over and around us lies;
Lord of all, to thee I raise this my hymn of grateful praise...

Weekend, more than anything else, is worship time for me. It's family time, yes, but when Sabbath comes, my entire family goes to church together and enjoy fellowshiping with the brethren along with studying His words and singing hymns and praises. When we do that, we naturally can feel a delight that can only be felt during the holy hours of the Sabbath. Here is a song by the Bond girls that my little one is finding joy with! "Temple Made of Time" it is called, and if you listen closely to the lyrics, it's all about creation and how precious and sacred the Sabbath hours are.

I hope you like it! Have a beautiful, peaceful, and safe weekend, everyone!

Furniture

As
much as I love interior designing, the shopping for the stuff that I am going to be furnishing is what I love most. Whether I be choosing for kitchen or bedroom furniture, couch and cabinets or office furniture, there is one thing I love about it-- comparing the quality and prices of them all! The fact remains the same though. I won't go for expensive ones if I can find them of the same quality but at a much lower price. Are you like me?

So when shopping for furniture, you can be sure that I would need a longer time doing it! Most of the times though, my technique is to check them out online first so that I can deliberately check every detail and specs of the stuff. It's good when the store where you desire to shop for furniture has a website. Ofconcepts.com is one website that I like checking out. Their huge selections of furniture is just classy and really worth my time.

So are you doing spring upgrading in your home? Shopping for new sets of furniture? Why don't you visit ofconcepts.com?

I can't stop ageing!

Sure
I can't! They say there is a fountain of youth out there, but I say, no matter what you do, time will come when you really have to accept that fact that your body isn't made to last forever. My birthday is coming up soon, and obviously, I'll be turning a year older once again. It feels dreadful to be getting old, but nah... I am open for such fact! With this looks that I got-- do you think I need the best eye wrinkle cream right now?

I am a fruit and vegetable eater, and that's my only secret for a healthy skin. I don't use any skin vitamins, nor do I apply any skin care products except for a moisturizer to prevent and avoid dry skin. I don't wear make-ups regularly, just very minimal. My sister is the opposite. Because her job needs her to look presentable and pleasant, she needs some vanity in her looks. You bet she has lots of those facial creams including eye wrinkle cream as part of her beauty regimen.

Well, I think one of the ways to fight wrinkles and ageing is to simply live happily and worry-free. I do, most of the times. Do you? So what's your beauty secret guys? If you care to spill it out, I'd love to know! :)

Discontentment

Human nature is naturally discontented. Though there are many who claim that they feel contented over the things that they own or possess, such is not the case when a person lacks in height. Americans, to cite and example, I think, are lucky. With their heights averaging 5'5, that number is pretty much elusive for Filipinos and many others in the third world countries. As a matter of fact, my husband and I are both petite people. Standing only 5'5 and 5'1 respectively, we always think that we are indeed born in the south and are exposed to heavy jobs (farming) when we were young. Plus, we weren't dependent to any health or multivitamin supplements that time. Unlike now, there are already a lot of kinds of vitamins for kids and adults that promotes growth in height. I've thought of letting our daughter take it, but with how hard it is to let her drink any kind of medicines, I gave the idea up anymore.

On the same matter, standing this tall (only) isn't a problem to me. At least, I can walk and can wear my favorite footwear, right? That alone is something worth my gratitude already. For others though who really dream of adding some more inches to their heights, there is a human growth hormone present in a hgh releaser that many people are currently into. It's all a matter of contentment, you see. If you are contented with your current height, then good for you. I am, and I couldn't stand anymore prouder. If you're not, then no pressure! Check out humangrowthhormone.org and see if it's right for you!

Back to Reading!!!

I
wish my new eyeglasses would arrive soon. I can't wait. See, I have been back to my old and real habit which is reading. I got a devotional book which I bought which is really a good one and I've started reading it daily. Aside from the children's books that my daughter wants me to read to her, two weeks ago, my reading instinct has come back! I just signed up for a magazine subscription called Adventist Review and though it's a little expensive, I care less because I know I will be reading all good stuff in there. I read books and a lot of publications that I subscribed online and off, and yes, I also spend time reading colon cleanse reviews because I want to find out if what my mother is using is a good one. To the library I will be next week, because it's spring break and the hubby, the daughter, and me will have lots of time to spend together since Dadi won't be going to school. Yay! Now, what I really can't wait is for my eye doctor's clinic to give me a call. That would mean my new eyeglasses is ready for pick-up and yes, I am excited!

Triz at 3 Years and 8 Months

In
four months, our little darling born on July 4th 2006 will turn 4 years old! Yay! Thank God for this precious daughter of ours!

Picture taken yesterday when we had a 61F temperature and we were able to go out and treat her in the park.

Her thing is growing, as every child is created and designed to be one. She grows in height, in forms, and in intellect and mum and dad could not ask for anything more fulfilling. Her annoying curiosity to endlessly ask questions is just so adorable. Her trying-hard ability to become a big girl is just so silly. Her unending desire to show what she can do and how fast she'll learn new things is just beyond our imagination. It may sound biased but swithart always agrees with me if I say my little child is the most beautiful in my eyes. Ha ha ha. Even when she's asleep, it makes me fall in love seeing her every time.

My constant prayer is to let her grow in grace and know God even more and have a sweet relationship with Jesus. That's all that matters. When she does, being an obedient daughter and a good person will come out naturally. It's a challenging thing, but with God's guidance, a mother's fervent prayer is most of the times heard.

Even with the 3 years and 8 months time that I've spent with this little one, still, I couldn't get enough oh her. If you're a mother, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about! :)

Web Hosting Choice

I am thinking of creating a new domain for a mission. I mean, I am going back to school in the Fall and I thought to myself it would be good if I can create a sort of a documentary where I can detail time management and stuff for being a wife, a mother, and a student all in one and at once. What do you think?

Hmmm... I am still thinking about it but while in the process, I think the best thing to look into is the choice for web hosting for the new domain to be put up. I've had a traumatic experience with my other blog's domain when the web host I have for it didn't automatically renew my annual contract for the hosting. I set it up at first to renew automatically and have it charged in my account, but nothing happened when the time came until it arrived to a point where the URL had to expire.

Now, I'm looking at the consideration of choosing one of the Top 10 Web Hosting Sites that webhostingchoice.com features! Sure, there are a lot more to learn about host directory, bandwidth, the disk space, transfer data and so much more about purchasing a domain and web hosting and guess what, a whole lot of resources on these topics can be found at webhostingchoice.com!

It's been almost four years now of me blogging and developing my domains for personal and money-earning reasons. Yes, that long, but I still feel so much more have to be learned. Indeed, there are always rooms for improvements and learning and if web hosting is one of your must-learn stuff, I recommend checking out webhostingchoice.com now!

"You don't need it!"

I
went to my doctor yesterday for my first ever check-up with him for my continuing care. He's the new Primary Care Provider I sought for me and the hubby and so far, I like him. The usual physical check-up routines were what I underwent and he said everything about my health is good, except for my asthma flairs. And so, he gave me a prescription refill for it to be ready at all times.

I complained about my weight status like I did to every little pain I currently have (joint and muscle pain, headache, and vision) and asked him if weight loss pills could be good for me. He quickly said I don't need it because my BMI accordingly falls in the normal index and so I don't have to worry if I feel like I am big. As long as I continue doing the 30-45 minutes of treadmill every day, Dr. Sander said I am on the right track.

It's a relief to hear it from my own doctor, but then, I am still not satisfied. I've been complainig to the hubby how is it that I don't seem to lose these excess lbs. that I have even though I've religiously do the exercise and have lessened my carb intakes. And as usual, the hubby would remind me to forget about the idea of doing the treadmill for the sake of losing weight. Because I simply don't have to. I look fine and healthy, and it's all that matters. Oh the struggle of losing weight, eh?

Direct Mail Marketing

I
really find it very effective to use direct mail marketing as a company's strategy to reach their target market. Every time I get campaign ads in the mail or thank you notes or promo deals for that matter, I feel like I am of importance to a company. Which is a big deal really because after all, a customer is an important asset to one's business, right? So for me, a direct mail marketing is effective. Thing is, it is very common in this country but not in the third world country where I came from. And so if I decide to go back home and engage myself in a business, then I would surely include direct mailing as part of my marketing strategy. How about you guys, how do you find such?

It Pays to Go with Zenni

Last
Friday was my eye check-up with my new eye doctor. I underwent all those usual eye tests and exams to check how healthy my eyes are and on a positive note, my optometrist said I've got healthy eyes. Only that they're strained. So the fact that my eye test results said I do have healthy eyes, that itself is already a good news. But because I always experience blurred vision due to my near-sightedness and that, it has gotten worse since the last consultation I've had which was exactly a year ago, my eye doctor prescribed me again a new pair of eyeglasses.

With the new eyeglasses that I have to get, all I can say is, thanks to the clear vision, BUT "no, thanks" to the pain it caused in my pocket! You see, even with our vision insurance, still I have to pay $200 plus for the new pair. It was a shocking reality, because I really thought it is that expensive. Well, I chose transition lenses though plus an anti-glare coating so I think it would really cost me much. But man, that was expensive enough.

Meanwhile, I know about Zenni Optical in the past based from personal recommendations from friends who are Zenni users and having remembered their cheap eyeglasses, I thought it's worth checking out. Indeed, with prescription eyeglasses as low as $8 a pair, I thought how excellent! This is what I like most:

You do agree that it's great to have one more pair of glasses, right? Well, that is what my plan right now! I will have to ask my optometrist what my PD (pupilary distance) number so that I can order one from Zenni. In today's tough times, it surely pays to go with Zenni! The article "Cheap Eyeglasses Are a Reality" is a must-read. That is, if you're looking for convincing and honest review about Zenni Optical's eyeglasses for less. If you visit Zenni Optical website, you will see their huge selection of frame styles according to your preference and be amazed with the price you have to pay with your order. Zenni is one of the best companion in today's tough ecoomic times, I must say!

Happy Tuesday!

I must admit, I am looking forward to the weekend and because days seem to pass by so quick, I'm loving it. Though the passing of days is overwhelming considering that I've got a bunch of tasks ought to be done for the week, it gives me a sense of relief especially for this week that the hubby isn't feeling good with his little colds. He can't call in sick since he's teaching three courses Monday to Friday and so I wish weekend would come soon so that he can have his rest.

Yesterday, we went driving around and walking by the parks and empty streets to enjoy the warm sunny day. It went 52F the highest and oh... everyone I must say loved it! We passed by a car dealership and checked out used cars and there were two that caught my attention. Hmmm... it sounds like I am in a hurry these days to have my own wheels. Along Church St., I enjoyed seeing the ever-so-famous ice cream store here in town that's filled with lots of people in line trying to start the ice cream season and it's not even officially spring yet. "Unbelievable", I thought! Saw lots of bikers, hikers, and joggers, too, who were just in shorts and sleeveless. Can you tell the warm summer days are just around the corner?

Today, I'm tasking my self to do an important thing in my list: call the PCP I've chosen and make appointments. I've been delaying it for days now but I'd drag myself to dialing the number today and If I can do it, it would be a productive Tuesday then! :) I hope you all have a great one!

Tall and Keeps growing

I
saw her on Oprah a few episodes ago. I was amazed with her bubbly and happy personality. She hails from the country of Jamaica but she is going to become an American citizen sooner than later because America took her and made her to look and feel good and useful because of her height.

Image Yahoo(ed)

At 16, she is already taller than Michael Jordan or LeBron James. She stands 6'11 and experts say she'll keep growing. I don't know what are you if you can't exclaim, "Wow!" and "Amazing!" to this extraordinary creature! Her name is Marvadene Anderson and she is the world's tallest teenage.

She is naturally tall that unlike many people lacking in height, she never needs a supplement called human growth hormone to add inches to her current body structure. Really, really amazing, I kept thinking in my head as I was watching her and when I realized she is even using her height to her advantage by becoming a basketball player, I thought how cool and great of her!

Now who needs a human growth hormone? Do you? Besthghsupplements.org has it if you need one! As for me, I am fine and content with my only 5'1 structure! LOL.

LOGO Your Way

In
our Visual Communication class back in college, one of the challenges I faced was when our instructor let us made a logo out of our own creativity about a certain product, idea , or principle that we stand for. The tough part about it was that it was an individual project, therefore, I really had a problem with how to make mine since I am not that artistic enough or to simply say, I am not gifted with a very artsy hand. Not good in drawing at all! The good thing though, I wasn't alone. My classmates who are my friends were equally the same with regards to artistry, thus, it made the project so much fun and even more creative.

I wish I had an access to logomyway.com at that time. The site offers creative logo design according to your preference and the end result would really be a logo according to your way and will. How will it happen you ask? Well, if you need an amazing custom design be it for t-shirts, business cards, company logo, etc., you need not wander on how to put up one. For as little as $200, you can start a logo contest and see amazing results of quality!

Logomyway.com has talented logo designers who can make the thing for you. You could easily begin a logo design contest within minutes and you will reap the reward when the designers will show their products to you. Sounds cool and effortless, right? Why not start design a logo your way now?

S.u.n.d.a.y.!!!

It's
a beautiful day outside, seems like spring is already here, indeed, that even if snow shower is being forecast again in three days from now, people don't mind it all, because there go the robins singing, signaling that tulips are about to bloom thanks to the temperature in the 40s that we've experienced in the past few days. Yay! Days fly by so fast, eh? It feels like I just came back from my looooong vacation in Philippines, and yet, snow outside are starting to melt now. Exciting days ahead, since it won't be long till we can go out without any jackets or boots at all! BUT, I'm becoming lazy today. The hubby offered for a little shopping at the mall and even though I've been well from the colds since Friday, here I am dragging myself to start readying to go out. Ahh... I am feeling content to just talk to my sisters last night and this morning. It was a long chat and I think it's the reason why I am just satisfied to be doing nothing, because everyone everywhere is just fine! I'm being lazy really, can you tell? :D

My mother is 60 years old. She'll be 61 this year and oh... if I would be able to reach such age, I'll be the most grateful. Fortunately, my mom is as healthy as we want her to be. People around us would usually exclaim my mom doesn't look her age. Take a look:

So, can you tell? Actually, many would ask if Mama has been using an anti aging product on her skin. Honestly, not at all! She just use a particular body lotion which is her all-time favorite ever since, and she is a no-meat eater! She prefers going organic and is a huge fan of detoxification by just going natural-- all fruits and raw vegetable salad in the morning. Actually, my mom is my favorite cook when it comes to vegetable viands. I could name a lot of her menus but I'd rather not. It would only make me miss her all the more!

Big Dream

Right
after I've experienced a six-day-getaway to Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri in the Fall of 2008, that's when I started dreaming to have my own vacation home in any of the beautiful place in the world. Such a big dream, right? I know. And when you realized that having for myself a vacation home like one of those Outer Banks vacation homes that carolinadesigns.com has, you can even say what a big dreamer I am! LOL. When it comes to the blueprint of the house that I want to be built in my chosen paradise though, I need not worry at all because I know my hubby has a collection of those designs. Well, I'm not sure though if it gets to be fully realized soon. Maybe, in my dreams? Ha ha ha. Having my own vacation home in our home country Philippines is really a dream. But for now, I gotta mind my schooling first. Let that big dream remain to be that big, after all, to dream is free. Right?
