Supposedly, this week is my third week of doing the treadmill, but because I was sick last week, I wasn't able to do it the whole week so it could be concluded then that this is my second week still on the thing. The calorie counter that says how much calorie I have burned when I do a 30 or 45 minutes of walking and jogging is what challenges me most. I don't care about my speed or the distance I've covered, I mind the calorie counter most of all. And because I try to change my diet lifestyle, the fact that I can't omit rice in my daily meals means I have to eat a lot of fibers and fruits. How about this one?
I know, white rice is one big source of carbo but I just can't last a day without it! :D There is asparagus though and let me tell you, I eat a lot of it, so I think I'm good. Ha ha ha. Grapefruits and oranges are part of my day as well and drinking more than a glass of pineapple juice is also must and so I think I'm doing it right. However, I still feel like I need a supplement to solve my issue. I'm just thankful that the hubby is here to always remind me that the strongest fat burner that's good for me is simply regular exercise. I hope the next time I step on the scale, I'll be welcomed by a reduced number in there so wish me luck! :D

Woot!! woot! Go go go Mommy Recel. I just started my walking on the mighty treadmill yesterday....hahaha. I was panting and puffing after 5 minutes....grabe!! But I need to do it kasi I've been having shortness of breath after eating....para atang natabunan na ng taba yung katawan ko...hahaha.
@balikbayan price - UMAC is the co I used. Jumbo box nila is $110 with drop off [ng empty box] pick-up from your doorstep. I *think*, it's only $100 if you pick it up and drop it off sa kanilang agents' locations. Right now may promo sila...they give you a free small box [bulilit daw] that you can ship with the jumbo for the same price. O di ba para akong agent....hahaha.

I feel your pain. I am a carb addict!
I was chatting with this doctor who told me that he lost 30 pounds in 5 months by running. Not even on a treadmill. Just round and round the basketball court in the office. And he said it's okay to eat rice, just reduce what you're used to eating. So I'm putting it to a test. Started running this week round the basketball court :)
wow ka lami sa imong pagkaon Cel. murag kulang ra ng imong kan-on ha. hehehe.. try apples cel, mabusog ka ana ba, dili kaau ka mangita ug rice, mau akong ginakaon pag gabii. pero dili man ko mugamay oi kay ginabawi man na ko sa adlaw. hahaha.. way au akong diet. cge lang..kailangan man dyud oi, unsaon naa tay duha ka bugoy, kailangan daghan dyud energy. anyway.. hope na maging successful ka sa imong diet. =)
