My Desire Lives On...

I am a nurse wannabe because I wanted to go on a medical travel as a missionary someday. Though I am in an unfavorable circumstance right now towards such desire, still, I am not losing hope. My dream to become a registered US nurse lives on, and hopefully, next year will be the start of such dream.

You see, it would have been this time, second semester of the school year here in the Philippines as that's what I intended to do upon going home. Unfortunately, the new nursing curriculum here in the country didn't favor me and my desire to finish the course in two years. Therefore, you can imagine my frustration and disappointment. But then again, I am not losing hope. There'll be better days, yes, and I can feel it right now. If I'll get the positive news about me being accepted in the WI nursing program for next year, then it will be an awesome thing to hear and share. For sure, I'll tell you about it then!
