I am thinking not to prepare a lot for noche buena (Christmas eve); instead, we'll do big on media noche (New Year's eve). How's that? Well, our home will be filled with lots of kids and teens come holidays since my nieces from Davao will be coming over and after the new year, my sister from Japan and her whole family will be arriving so you could imagine how fun and excitement await everyone. I am thinking we'll have the traditional meals be served on Chrismas eve-- kakanins, tsokolate, and....
Taddaaaaa....... CHIFFON CAKE!
But we'll see. With lots of cook available by then, who could guess if we'll be able to munch more than what I've mentioned?! For now, I wanna greet everyone a merry christmas and an awesome new year ahead! I am lucky to be celebrating the holidays here with my family. Of course I am missing hubby a lot, but I'll make the most of our stay here!
