Office Space

Just when I was looking for an attorney-at-law from a superyellowpages that we have here at home, the hubby has prompted me to find any vacant Offices as well that are for lease in the place where we will soon move to because he said his adviser has suggested him to put up a Mathematics tutorial office to make use of his academic skill and knowledge by offering Mathematics tutorial services while at the same time, earn from it as a sideline. I thought it would be an excellent idea and he seconded our motion as well. But since we are yet to move in July, I am just bookmarking officespacelocal.com for now and when everything will be settled after our move, then it's time to go ahead and find the office space that would be a good site for him. Has any of you tried finding for a vacant office space in your area through the site? How was it?
