KVM Switches

It is unbelievable to see how many wires are being hooked to one of our KVM switches here at home, especially in the living room where most of the entertainment system are being hooked. The thing is, I am scared to see all the outlets plugged in even when the systems are not in used, but SIL assured me that because we are using voltage regulator, everything will be alright. Oh well, I believe so because we have not been in danger ever since. But it is still scary, right? And so, when it's just me here at home, I always have all the outlets unplugged when they are not in use. It's better be safe than sorry, right? ^_^
