...and kris allen took the AI title home!!!

Yoohooo!

Sorry Adam Lambert fans! LOL I am just not into rock 'n roll genre at all! Though alternative will do (sometimes), rock just couldn't be taken, really. In fact, when Adam performed with the KISS band, I couldn't dare watch the TV screen with the Kiss singers in painted faces, and my toddler exclaimed they looked so scary that we had to leave the living room and go to the pc area and just mind the NBA playoff instead. LOL Seriously, I am contented with the results and Pa-in-law literally jumped for joy because his 20+ successful votes last Tuesday night was sooo worth it! :P Ha ha. We were rooting for the young and talented Kris, no doubt about it. He thought his fella deserves the title more but we thought he's got the package. Here's my deal: I hope Queen would just hire Adam Lambert because his vocal suits perfectly to be a rock 'n roll lead. He he. Now, enough with this (un)sensible thoughts of mine! ^-^ Have a great time everyone!

  2. I like his version of No Boundaries cel.ma feel gyud nimu ang masculinity of his voice. I like him. he was given a chance,kato wildcard ba,remember? unya siya diay to ang AI '09.

  3. that's cool!^-^ congrats to you, guyz! didn't vote though, Adam nailed it:)) I think he's the closest to Elvis Presley that I had seen in years... definitely, to each its own...people just misinterpret his looks and his being gay and it's sad but he's so gracious somehow and I admire his authenticity and creativity. Some artists might not be truly daring & true to themselves just because they're scared of the society's rejection. Nevertheless, Adam showed sportsmanship and I'd be the least to judge his looks, ain't no right for that:))

  5. @ Shawie: i don't like adam's looks but i don't judge him because of that. i don't even care if he's gay. i know he's got the talents and really creally creative. i even admire his sportsmanship and humility. but like you've said, to each his own. kris is more preferred to win [for me and for so many others] and i felt good the only time i voted was one so worth it. lol i'm sure adam will have a great career ahead. :)

    @ ally: no problem dear [aka i'm not offended at all]! keep rooting for adam and i care less coz i'll still root for kris even then! hahaha! joke. AI is about popularity? but adam sounds to be sooooo popular before the finale, don't you think? his name has been sounding all over the media, esp. the net. i guess kris' fans were just too patient to vote again and again. and again. who knows, kris had only a thousand fans but voted for gazillion times! LOL
