Maxim Lighting

I've got one more week left to go and check the status of Yaya's residential building that's on construction right now. It's sad to leave this place without it finished yet but what can I do, our time has come for our vacation days to be over, eh? Well, since Yaya's not here too, I'll just see to it that I could leave it as well to my other older sister and she'll be the one t continue what I am doing right now with the follow-ups. In late-August, it will be done hopefully so the next bigger task will be the interior decorating. I am expecting Yaya to be back though so it will not be that great of a task on Ate's part. Anyway, I trust lightingshowplace.com's maxim lighting to be of huge help when it comes to the lighting signature of the house so it will be less of a difficulty on Yaya's choice and selection. This one impressed me so much because I've seen this in an exhibit of interior designs and I just it it awesome.

Don't you think so?

Talk About BPM

It's interesting how people who have small businesses talk about business quite easily. In our vacation here in Philippines, with the number of offices that we ran to where we served as clients, the talk about what and which business to be best dealt with currently never goes out of the air. Maybe because, or, should I say, it is because of how hard the Philippine ecnomy is right no9w. Well, I do know the hardship is felt worldwide. The crisis and inflation is in fact making many people crazy. And when I found out about bpm and reading the site via prophix.com, it's giving me a refreshment with my e-world. A site that talks about solftware solution, it is helpful to anyone pursuing a field in business as it could give you more information about balanced management solution. May be this site could help you now.

time off

Do I have it?
Nah... not at this time! See, we've got a week left before we'll fly back to the US and things and errands to do are piled up like they'll be there forever. Hah. It seems like this is the longest week I am gonna face, and yet the fastest to move. LoL. It's hard when things and people around are giving you pressures. We haven't even been to swithart's hometown and with what's going on right here, I doubt if we can still go. And one more thing, we are now broke to death. LoL. my biggest task is to budget the remaining $$$ here with the following expenses and we have to keep an even bigger amount for the terminal fee for all five of us. Can you believe we'll spend P15,000 just for our terminal expenses on our flight? Man, Pilipinas Kong Mahal is really that expensive!!! LoL.

Did I???

Being in the tropical and hot Philippines this very summertime, I couldn't count anymore how many times we hit the pool and beach in the last four months. Whew!!! I couldn't care less anyway! And during those countless times, did you really think I wore that daring and sexy two-piece? Haha. A sexy swimwear would be great, but this time, it just isn't appropriate for my body. I was planning to go on a diet once I get here but heck, the foods and the irresistible yummy foods are but the best option when bored. LoL. Swithart would love to see me go on bikini but nah... I managed to have a cover-up during those times. I got one at instyleswimwear.com before I left US and I love using it each time. With this one, why not?

Hey, watch out for my post that's somewhat similar to this one! LoL. (But only if I could steal it from dear hubby's computer! Hehe..)

Travel Insured

To get a travel insurance was one of the issues we raised when swithart and I decided to go on a vacation a couple of months ago. With it, life would be securely fastened that if anything happens to any of us, as long as we are insured, then life will go on, at least in a little way of having such stability. You see, accidents and other forms of circumstances can never be avoided so getting an insurance of any sort is a must for any one. Try worldtravelcenter.com if you are looking for one, or if you are in search or in query. It's a good thing to know such a site that could help us with our travel needs. No, we didn't have ours when we left the country but we see to it that we updated our insurance membership here when we arrived. We actually had a lot of accounts that we tried updating when we got here, and with it, we are doing the best we could for our life's stability. At least, in such little way we could think of.

To Hide It or Not?

I am the laziest when it comes to doing those beauty regimen that a woman usually loves to do during the night. I mean, those beauty tips and sometimes beauty secrets that a person usually do- oh no, I can never be trusted in doing those. LoL. When I got pregnant, I kind of struggled when I first noticed that I developed scratches in my skin and that's when I strove real hard to use creams to nourish my skin. It was just a good thing that I didn't developed some acnes. If I did, it would be the most terrible thing for me! LoL. Well, with acne scars cream that's available in the market these days, it's indeed a huge help for every acne sufferer out there. To hide those acne scars will never be again that hard cause getting rid of those has never been so easy with the best acne solution that acnecuresrevealed.net has for everyone. Have you tried it yet?

oh... so sweet!

Back to my post birthday post!

It seems to be like yesterday when we just celebrated our darling daughter's 2nd birthday, and yet, these days I can feel the thrill and frustrations of having a daughter in a "terrible 2" stage. Believe me, I've started doing the "time out" strategy for the first time. LoL. It's hard indeed when kids are in the stage when they want to do what they think is good for them. Yes, Triz is kind of like that at this point in time. But no, I am not giving up. Haha. Cause I am always up for a challenge, especially when it's a challenge that deals about parenting and stuff. Anyway, here, lemme show you a gorgeous the cake looks like during the party.

It looks yum, doesn't it? It sure tasted great! Hehe..

Who Doesn't Love a Horse?

I know my husband does, and that's for sure, as he often tells me stories about his childhood where he would use to ride a horse going to and from their farm. Every time I listen to such tales, I could always feel the thrill and excitement as I haven't ridden on one, but on a carabao and a cow, I have had. I missed having a horse because when I was growing up, my father sold the two horses that our family used to have when we needed to move and transfer residency. Well, when we could have a place of our own someday, I wouldn't dare miss having a space nearby to raise some animals and pets as I know how much enjoyment and contentment they could give you if you are an animal lover. I am even imagining our daughter wearing an equestrian clothing someday while joining in such sporting event. Hehe. I know it's still a long way to go, but I guess you would agree with me that it's every mom's wish to see her kids succeeding in a certain field and profession, right? Hmm....

To Travel Some More...

As far as spending our remaining time here is concern, our agenda involves traveling some more. Hehe. Next week, it's swithart's appointment at COC for another one-day seminar and after that, the next thing on the list is to go visit his childhood hometown some 120 miles away from here. It's kind of a country in location and so, I am expecting their farmhouse to be a nice location for rest and relaxation. I've thought about such travel when I've come across farmhouse sinks that wholesalestonesinks.com site has and they're just awesome! Anyway, as I have mentioned, we will be spending our remaining time of this vacation traveling some more. It's the positive side of commuting when traveling as we could save paying for fares than paying for gas which has been a pain in the last several months and it's no showing a sign of it going down it's price. Ahhh... everybody complains of such crisis. Haven't you noticed?

such a long trip!!!

I've cut my supposedly series of posts from about Triz's birthday this time! Guess what? I have just got back (well, it's the three of us actually!) from a so loooooong trip that we have had in a span of four days! For most of those times, we stayed in the bus. A trip from CDO to Butuan, then to Trento, Agusan del Sur and then to Davao City, and back here in CDO-- imagine? You could tell we are having a great time, can't you? Well, our stay in Trento, Agusan del Sur was the greatest. Swithart conducted a one-day seminar workshop for Math and Science teachers and him being the guest speaker was overwhelmingly crazy and fun. Of course, it was great knowing that the overall impression and evaluation was excellent, and it's been a wonderful privilege on swithart's part to have lent his knowledge and expertise in that particular field. I'll be posting photos next time. Mean time, I gotta do all these tasks that I am ought to do. How have you been guys? :)

Shopping, Yes!

This coming weekend, we are bound for a kind of longer trip! Yep, and today, I started to make a little shopping in preparation. Hehe... I, because a I left swithart and Triz home as I wanted to make the best shopping experience alone! LoL. Finding the best items on sale is the greatest thing while shopping and I just did it a while ago. Whew! I was gone for almost three hours and believe it or not, my thoughts were all on Triz. Haha. I thought of concentrating on what I was doing but swithart was right, that I won't be able to once I'll leave them. LoL. Well, I still had a great time though despite the rush I was trying to make. Spending five thousand pesos ($115) is all worth it as I was able to buy all the things I needed, and some that I wanted. No, they were not all for me but for people here that I've thought of giving. :)

No Deal Yet

Swithart and I have talked of giving away this laptop computer of mine. I mean, we've thought of just leaving this here once we'll fly back to US soon. Well, it's no secret I value and love this important gadget of mine and so, I find it hard to leave this behind. Argh! One important thing is that I've got tons of files saved in here which I hardly could transfer while here and also, I still am contented with how this laptop serves me. LoL. But when it comes to the memory that this notebook has, it's something of great consideration that yes, I could leave this behind. Well, 80GB is already too small of a number when the latest laptop computer out in the market right now is already 180 or 200GB, right? Hmm... it's nice to think of getting a new one but for a no-earner like me, I didn't make a deal yet of really leaving this thing behind. We'll see.

of balloons!!!

Okay, so here's to the start of our birthday celebration here! Balloons!!! Yeah, baby... Who just doesn't love 'em? Isn't it the beauty and joy of every kid's party? Hehe... Though we had a beach birthday event, it didn't stopped me from getting those colorful and fun balloons for the kids. And for course, for Triz's amazement! Indeed, she loved 'em all!

Isn't it a beauty? :)

Seeing to it that her 2nd birthday would be a memorable one, here's the remembrance!

Now, she turned 2!

Diamonds...

I am not into jewelry a lot, nor do swithart. In fact, we never agreed to have a wedding band in form of rings or whatsoever. And any forms of jewelry is just not our thing, even diamond rings! I am just contented and very much willing to offer praise and appreciations to those jewelry makers out there. You see, many people are elated with those kind of things and seeing them in websites like reeds.com is a big thing. Don't you think? Anyway, it's great to have logged in here again. After a couple of days of being busy with our party agenda overhere, now I am finding some time to browse and check my mails. I just realized, I owe some meaningful thank you's to Ritchelle, Redlan, and In-in for the awesome gift they've extended to our birthday celebrant here. Guys, you don't have to but you still did. Thanks a lot for the remembrance! :) And oh, we had the greatest fun during the party!

An artist for real-- are you one?
Well then, now is the best time for you to shine! With Gonnabe Production Company, you or someone you know with special skills and talents in singing, acting, dancing, or modeling will be on your way to becoming a star!

it... today!
I would think many of the young people these days aim to become one of those popular Hollywood celebrities out there. Maybe if I'll say one out of 20 young people would opt to shine in televisions and other kinds of mass media, I'll be right. It's just an assumption of mine and having observed the kids in real lives, yes, I am assuming still that I am indeed right. And who can hinder them? No, not their own selves actually, because if they really would like to shine, they can with the help of budding companies like Gonnabe. The program isn't for everybody actually, as not all have the same likes and desires, but if you are one of those who have the inner thoughts of pursuing the arts, GonnaBe is definitely a stepping stone that could help you take the first step into the entertainment industry.

A production company that's based on membership, it is also a networking center that will really help parents and young people alike on how to do it in shining like a star in the Hollywood world. Also, their database also showcase up-to-date job postings so if you are in the lookout for a job in the entertainment world, at GonnaBe, you are given a way.

traveling...

Our time is almost up in here. Actually, when I think about how much preparations I have made for the upcoming party I am going to be holding, it feels so surreal to be home. Hehe... This Sunday will be a big day as it's going to be like a reunion of all of Triz's cousins. We intended it to be held in Sunday since almost all of her Ate's and Kuya's are in school already and so, doing it on a Friday would mean no cousins around. So Sunday will be a great day for everybody. Meanwhile, another long travel will be up for us next week. Swithart is scheduled to conduct a seminar in a school that's a 7-hour-drive from here in CDO and that would be a long one indeed! I thought of not going with him but nah... he doesn't like the idea of traveling alone and it would be a good consideration as well of being a family getaway so yes, we'll be heading somewhere in Carraga Region next week. Whew!

On Dieting

I must admit, I have thought of using a diet pill one day when I need to really lose some weight. But huge things about foods are always prompting me to stop thinking on such thing. Hah. Being home these days and being so close and near to foods that I just love the most- these Filipino dishes, how could the the idea of dieting come to mind? Well, it really does come to mind but it is that hard to put it into action. LoL. I guess the Phentermine no prescription thing will work out for me. We'll see. Swithart would always remind me to not worry about eating a lot because he always loves the idea of me being healthy but heck, it's hard to find cute and sexy clothes if one is bigger and chubbier, right? Hehe... Well, having read the reviews about this diet pill at consumerpricewatch.net, I think I have to take a closer look at dieting thing again.

Cat Condo?

I am just taking my time to blog away things in here while I've got little extra time. You see, I am so busy these days as things and errands are up and about waiting to be done in the remaining time of our stay here. While browsing a site which popped up in my window as I was trying to log in to my online bank account, this website that showcase a cat condo overwhelmed me. I mean, is this how important cats are? Hah. Well, yes they are, as they're still living beings but having a condo of their own, doesn't that sound too special an animal they are? Hehe.. You may want to check the site out. See if what thoughts it can give you.

you are invited!!!

...for the party!
Yep, this coming Friday, July 4th, it will be our darling daughter's 2nd birthday and once again, you are invited. That is, if you could come and be with us as we celebrate our daughter's big day. It's going to be held on Sunday since kids aren't around during Fridays (school time) so if you're free and willing, come and join us! Hehe...

It's our precious Triz in the mirror wearing dadi's advance birthday gift- a Barney backpack which she loves a lot! Can you tell she's now (only) two? Ahh... time flies! And so...

No, I didn't make a personalized invitations for the party (as I don't have time for it) but I made it sure it will be one big and special thing for her. So here comes Barney to the rescue! LoL.

Sealed!!!
The invites are in and up! Again, you guys are all invited. BUT only if you could come. Haha. Pictures? There will be lots of 'em. And hopefully I could share them with you. :)
