Go Tankless???

For people hailing from places where there is winter season, I am sure heated waters are never new. And so, a tankless water heater would surely be a great buy! I don't know if ours back in Illinois is a tankless one, I think I have to reread what is this all about as this is not my thing but swithart's, but I am thinking now that my Japanese brother-in-law is here as well, getting a tankless water heater just like what globaltowne.com has for everybody will be a good thing. Well, it could be a must I should say in their new house that is being built right now. With it, there'd be no hassles in heating enough water in a certain time when he or my sister is about to take a bath. That's right, that's how we do it here in this tropical country-- boiling water manually! Hehe...

Oh Chevy

My sister's first project for this year is the house and lot property that she got for her family in one of the exclusive subdivisions here in the city. Pretty expensive, yes, but I am in awe of the place. I could say it's worth it. Now that they've got they're own property, her Japanese husband is now wanting to stay here for a longer time. And their next project? Wheels! A Japanese that he is, it's their own brand that he's gonna patronize first and foremost, but heck, if he could see these Chevy Tahoe accessories, maybe he would be able to give a go signal on this American brand. It won't be bad, would it?

just the two of us

In the last three nights and two days, it's only been just the two of us- Triz and I here in our dwelling. Everybody went on a trip- to Davao City once again, for a new set of important trip on Yaya, Kuya Tom, and Shaira's part, and for a brand new escapades and adventures for everybody. So why are we left? Hmmm.... a question that's most of the people 'round here would dare defy the answer. Haha. See, it's everyone's wish to go on a trip, and yet, for me, there isn't any excitement and interest at all. Hmmm... no offense to all of my friends in Davao (you know very well how much I love to see you all!), only that I find it too hassle, tiring, and wearyful to be traveling without a helper. I know, I know there are my sisters and mother and Triz's Ate's but it still is very different. And so, I dare decided to just stay here. But, I wasn't just home though as I had errands to do and some places to go. Yes, I am that busy. It's just a good thing that I was able to leave Triz at Jon's family. The cousins (swithart's side) loved that I was able to leave Triz with them, and I am loving it, too as I was able to roam around without a daughter in tow! Hehe...

This Acnexus

One of the many things that I should be thankful about, even though I don't have the most beautiful and attractive face in the whole world is that, I don't have any acne at all. I am a peanut muncher, an oily foods lover, but I could never get myself be infected with this acne thing. I am lucky to not have any problem finding an acne treatment at all. BUT for our youngest sister, such thing is like the hugest problem in her entire life. I am telling you, she has already done e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g she could to just heal her facial condition caused by those ugly zits, but trying Acnexus Acne Scrub she had never done so I guess now is the perfect time to get one for her. Here's what I found out:

With Acnexus' all-in-one, all-natural, and all-powerful claim, you can eliminate your acne once and for all. Are you ready???

A Patio Furniture

We went somewhere today, particularly to the area where my older sister's house is being built and constructed. As of this time, the construction done has been 20 percent and it is said that it'll be done in six months. Well, that's quite far yet, but planning and choosing which stuff and furniture to buy to be put inside the home is already being discussed. Of course, that includes a patio furniture. We dropped by at SM's Ace Hardware after being in the area and oh I just couldn't resist eying on those beautiful displays of patios. Sort of like those that lapatio.com has. Quite expensive I must tell, but when you decide to put one in your home, I should also say, it's a comfort and an elegance that you are giving and showing.

missing...

We are definitely enjoying our Philippine stay, yes! The foods, the trips, the escapades, the company, the shopping, the bonding, the... the... the. Everything it seems? Haha..

Except for the fact that Triz and I are missing "our" dadi. No doubt about that! It's funny because the other day, Triz was taking her nap the whole afternoon and when early evening came, I had to force her to wake up since we are planning to go out for dinner. I was laughing real hard because she was still closing her eyes but pointing upward saying the word "dada" several times while laughing. It was as if she was playing with her dada the whole time. Ahhh... such lonesome feelings! Isn't it too hard to be apart? I've known such fact even then as I've been through it so I am just saying what I've experienced. It's still gonna be more than a month to go before swithart can come follow and be with us but each day brings us closer and closer so we just have to smile away this nlonesome feeling! Hehe... We will be together soon. :)

Life Insurance

We are not always sure what tomorrow will bring, and so, ensuring what our loved ones will get by getting a life insurance now that we are still living is one crucial thing in life. At least, that's what I thought it is. It differs though in places where you are living. Here in Philippines, very few are those who are life insured. But in the US, it is the opposite. And finding insurance quotes isn't a problem at all, too because insurance companies that offer insurance services are flooding. There is even one which is called wholesale insurance. Have you known about this? You better check the site then. It's wholesaleinsurance.net; see if a certain type of this thing is what you need to have.

Vacation!!!

I gotta write about good vacation deals as I am always fond of vacation. I mean, who wouldn't be, right? With all the hustles and bustles that this life and career is giving us, a dream vacation is a great thing! Right now, I am thinking of an island getaway soon when swithart gets home. Hmmm... perfect! I am browsing shermanstravel.com as well as I am told they've got excellent source of vacation and travel information all around the world. I've targeted Europe but as of this time, things aren't that kind to me. So I'll just make use of my time being here in the country, and when swithart gets home, it will be one perfect getaway! You wanna join us? Hehe...

few pics to share...

Oh this dial-up connection I have! It's no secret I've got tens of photos to share to all of you my friends but with my internet connection, things don't turn out the way I want it to be. As it's been said, patience... patience... patience! And so I've minimized my time chatting with friends, surfing the net, uploading pictures, and updating my blogs all in all. BUT I am home anyway, and that's all that matters. Lemme just share some photos that I have changed the resolution to the lowest so I can upload them the quickest. Some of our memorable snaps during our stay at my Ate's place in one of the barangays in Toril, Davao City.

Taberu Triz??? Yum!

Just a big happy meal!!! Pinobre apan malipayon. :D

The inside of Toril SDA Church Sabbath Day.

My pretty pamangkin QT who graduated from her elementary years at Don Juan...

Departure, baby!!! Me, Triz (at Ati Eve) and my Ati Jov behind me taking our last snap before leaving the place.

As I've just, these are just few of the pics. There will be more to follow, if you don't mind. Haha. More of our escapades around Eden Nature Park and many more!!!

Faucet Outlet

This site that I have just found out is perfect! You see, I am going to my in-laws tomorrow and I've got a very interesting thing to show. Why I am this enthused? Well, the last time I was there with Triz, that's a couple of weeks ago, I've noticed that their kitchen sink's faucet was unusable at that time because it was damaged. And so, they were on the process of canvassing one for replacement. Theirs is kind of a pair which is part of the set of their whole sink so looking for a replacement for just the faucet was really a difficult thing. Now that I've learned about faucetoutlet.com, looking for replacement of kitchen and bathroom faucets will not be a hard thing anymore. So you know how big a deal this would be for my agenda tomorrow. :D

Recommended!!!

It's been almost a month since the start of the construction of my sister's house in one of the subdivisions here in the city. It's in a quite elegant place and the house is expected to have beautiful furnishings and so my sister's Japanese husband recommended that those Blanco sinks will be used in the kitchen and bathroom areas. He knows full well the quality of such, in fact, when he came home, he brought s Blanco knife with him as he's just not contented with the knives here at home. I couldn't blame him as I for one woulr really love to have those Blanco sinks in my house someday. It's just not now. Hah.

triz and i are...

...contagious!!!
With our laughters, yes!
But this time around, it's with our flu. We're almost over it, as only cough and a little stuffy nose has remained, but it's spread to two of the people here at home. I am so sorry to my sister Yaya and her daughter Shai-shai for having caught this darn sickness. Now it's them who took our place. And we even worry more if it will be passed to Kuya Tom. Arghh, t'will really be terrible. But being a virus that this sickness is about, the spreading out is the thing. So everyone just has to have a strong immune system to fight for it. Now that I am almost done with it, I am getting back to normal. Text messages from friends here in town asking me and Triz to go out and meet one another will soon be pushed through. Today, we spent almost all day out that MIL called me several times here at home and yet, I wasn't able to talk to her. yes, I am that busy. Haha. But since Yaya is sick, tomorrow will be a day off from going out. I asked her to give herself a break, spend a day just staying home and taking a rest, and it will be my time to go to the other residence, at Jon's, and spend some hours being there. I am sure it will be fun. I asked Triz about it and I could sense her excitement. So we will be spending a day in there and it's gonna be tomorrow. I can't wait!

She Does Loves It!!!

The elegance that a diamond, or those jewelries can give-- my older sister truly loves it! I find it strange at first because we in the family aren't really that type of persons. I mean, we were brought up not being able to learn how to like and appreciate a certain jewelry. We only adore wristwatches but never rings, or earrings, or bracelets, or necklaces, or even a gold anklet! But not our fourth sister. Ate Ginah, as I call her. So when she was able to tour around Hongkong, you won't have to wonder why most of her stuff that she has brought from the foreign land were not really clothes or shoes or toys BUT jewelries. Some were true, others were imitation. I've just surfed jewelelegance.com site and oh what diamonds! On items over $75, free shipping is being given. And so, I better ask them now while we are still here in Philippines. More than this, Ate Ginah will really love this site as she's such a diamond/ jewelry lover.

Best Baby Stuff

When I got pregnant, even as early as during the first trimester, I was already enjoying myself shopping for baby stuff. Hopping from one baby store to another was such a pleasure. It was an awesome bonding time, too between me and swithart. While I love shopping for clothes, he on the other hard could spend a huge amount of time choosing for the right furniture. You see, we were only living at SIL's house and I couldn't do everything I want to do for the baby's nursery so I let the choosing of the furniture, especially those of baby cribs became swithart's task. But it is never a secret that I loved shopping online as well, especially at ababy.come where everything is baby-ish, and the prices are too reasonable. You pregnant wifeys at out there, have you dropped by at the site?

absent!!!

I was in the last couple of days. I mean, with my logging in and my writing post. I do have some things to share, a lotta pictures to show, and many other issues to vent, BUT as of this time, I and my darling daughter Triz are still sick. Yes we are since three days ago. There's this runny nose, dry and hard cough, headache, body pains, and fever. Sort of having the symptoms of flu. But actually, all these are just caused by the sudden change of weather. You see, it was so dry, hot, and humid in the past days and weeks, and then just last four days ago, when a storm hit the country, it rained so hard here in our place. Such was the start of our illness. Nasubawan, as people here called it. And guess what, part of our being sick, I am happy because I was just able to stay at home for three straight days. People here go out and come in any moment, and yet, in the last three days, Triz and I were excluded in such activity. Even today, we weren't able t go to church for the Sabbath worship as we still have the cough and we don't want to be contagious in there. BUT tomorrow's event would be a great one and for sure, I and Triz won't miss going with everybody.

...we're going on the beach. DUKA BAY Beach Resort, somewhere in Medina, Misamis Oriental. Yehey!!!!

Of course, why should we be left behind. Ako yata nagluto sa maja blanca and the spaghetti. O di ba, it's everybody's favorite, and even if I was tired and sick, nilutuan ko mga kapatid at pamangkin ko kasi na-miss daw nila luto ko. O bongga! Haha. The pictures will be here, but with this dial-up thing, I doubt I can share some. Saka nalang... :D

activities...

When you're home, there's a lot of 'em! Yesterday, I was out somewhere to process some papers and guess what, I was able to leave Triz at home with only Yaya and five of my pamangkins. Waaah I was all in a hurry you see! I went to get my postal ID, to Banco de Oro to claim the money that swithart sent for our ticket to Manila, and to Cebu Pacific to pay something. I was gone for more than an hour, the quickest time possible and guess what (na naman!!), Triz was all fine when I got home. She was actually sleeping and I felt good. Today, I have to go somewhere again, do something particularly paperworks still, but this time around, Triz will be in tow. Aahhhh I don't know what the heat and humidity is going to give us. Triz and her cousin Shaira have been having sore eyes in the past couple of days and this eye drops that we have here are giving them some benefits! How are y'all?

For Boomers and Beyond

It is a fact that everyone of us will get old. And when such time comes, our bodies need resistance more than ever. It is during that time when we become weak and we need some help for our bodies like bath lift to give us a safe and comfortable way of taking care for our selves. For boomers and beyond, a smile like this one would be a great thing!

The Archimedes Bath Lift is an inexpensive alternative to installing a walk-in bath. It's a huge help, and it's even bigger a help when you just get it at firststreetonline.com. You might want to check it out, facts number 1, 2, and 3 are waiting for you in their very site.

The Buy.com's Printer

My sister who is still schooling these days was very happy when I arrived here with my laptop in hand. You see, being a student needs a computer with a printer, right? With all those paperworks and researches that a student is being assigned to, whose student will not be happy with a new computer, eh? BUT... I am not giving mine. No, no. Instead, we are buying one to be used here at home. There are a lot of printers at buy.com right now, and the fact that they're from the leading manufacturers in the world, I could tell it will be worth it. A desktop computer and a printer will be a great buy, and buy.com will be one good place to get one.

our favorite!!!

Going and dining out is our current favorite thing right now. Blame it on the heat and humidity that summertime in Philippines is occurring. Our house doesn't have any aircon, just fans. Don't let me cunt how many they are. I tell yah, they are a lot! LoL. So almost everyday, every after our daily household task is over, we always hit the mall or the the korean/taiwanese/chinese shopping stores. Yes, we do shop for clothes for the most part of it, and our pamangkins are the most lucky ones! I and my sister Yaya agree on this kind of thing all the time. Thanks to Kuya's willingness as well to drive us to and fro all the time. I do have Triz in tow all the time, as I couldn't leave her from someone but it's just alright because once she's seeing the Jollibee mascot at the malls, she's contented. The reason?

Hehe... My once favorite meal, now it's my daughter's! I can't blame her though. In fact, I am loving the fact that I am not getting any problem of what to let her eat because once she refuses what I feed her at home, the choice of going to Jollibee comes next and with the spag that's every child's favorite, Triz's meal is solved! LoL. Want some? :D

Dieting??? Nah...

I've said it, I was told, just like what I anticipated, that I will be found out to be two times bigger now than I was in the past four years. I mean, with my body statistics that is! But I am in no hurry with losing weight too soon. You see, until now, I am still breastfeeding my daughter and I find it hard to resist from foods that I really love to eat, especially now that I am home. BUT.. when I'll stop nursing, a diet pill is an option to my way of losing weight. A lipovox maybe? Hmm... Swithart isn't really a huge fan of diet pills but when he'll learn that a certain one is made up of all natural contents, I bet he would give me a go signal on it. My older sister is taking one these days, and in just a week, you wouldn't believe how she lost 7 pounds! Nevertheless, exercise and proper control of diet is still the best alternative. What do you think?

Remembering Father...

It's been nine years since my father passed away. It's been that long I know, but up until this time, I, together with my brother and sisters, still fondly remember our father as a good old man. He died from lung cancer, which, I just knew that it's also called mesothelioma. I have learned about it from the law office of G. Patterson Keahey. Remembering our father who we love the dearest, I do have the desire to learn more about what this kind of cancer all about because who knows, it might be hereditary or genetics. Or better yet, I may be able to help other people as well who have loved ones and friends with such disease. What about you? Have you visited mesotheliomahelp.com? You might be learning a lot at this site! I am.

blog of the day???

Go na!!!
After my absence in the past few days in this blogging thing that I do, here's my very blog page being chosen as the... tadda......!

So how does it feels? Haha! Surprising and flattering of course! Now that it's like I am taking a break from my online world, now that I am enjoying my Philippine vacation, and now that I am missing to write a lotta entries in a day, here I am being greeted with this BOTD stuff in the triple p's dashboard. Thanks to all who dropped by and to everyone who is new in here. I am using a dial-up connection right now, so pardon my absence in your blog pages. I missed you all, and I promise to pay you a visit as soon as I get the chance. Happy Sunday!!! :)

Talking About...

...resthouses and villas here and there!
Now that's one thing we can't stop talking about when we had the chance to be together with all of my sisters. Blame it on how distant we are living these days. Across the world, in fact. So a talk about going on a house vacation is always a huge deal between us. I've even mentioned some of the Tuscany villa rentals that I have learned in the site, and I never fail to share it with my older sister who is into realty and stuff. I wish she can get one of those villas I've seen. Hmmm.... for now, that seems to be next to impossible but who knows, eh? I'll just wish for more blessings to come, especially that I've just celebrated my birthday last month, and our wedding anniversary last weekend. The house or villa for vacation can wait. :)

wacky and fun!!!

It's
no secret how hot and humid Philippines is! And so our way of giving ourselves a break??? Head to the malls for an aircon!!! With Triz's active and ever energetic cousins, we always have a funny and joyful escapades. Not to mention the kiddie selections of foods and items to buy. It's the ride that Triz's loves the most, but for her dear cousins, it's the camera's click that is!

Don't their smiles showed it?

Wacky faces that are sure having a blast! As long as Chow-king won't complain for our halo-halo orders, and Jollibee will always serve us the spaghetti that is everybody's favorite, then you know it will always be a great time! Hehe...

A Good Investment!!!

I meant to say, a land that is! The value or price of a land property never depreciates, and so investing on one or more is a mart idea. At least, that's how I see it. And what about a Branson property? Well, no doubt it'll also be a great thing to have one. But no, I don't have one right now. In fact, I have nothing when it comes to such kind of investment yet. I hope soon we could get one for our family. My older sister has just gotten a property that's similar to a stonebridgebranson.com offering and right now, we are enjoying the taste of a good labor and hard work. It pays to see a good and smart investment you know!

Traveling?

Well, I was in the last more than a week. That is why I was kind of offline in the blogosphere. I with my family traveled almost a thousand kilometers to reunite with everybody. It wasn't an easy plight you should know, especially that we were having our children on board our cab. If we only have any of those travel trailers that rvweb.com has, ahh.... it must be one smooth drive to our destination. If we could have our own home and stable jobs in the near future, with how adventurous and a traveler swithart and I are, owning a travel trailer would be great!
