I have recently attended a health seminar and forum about detoxification. It goes with vegetarianism, though not full, but seeing to it that one eats less meat and carbohydrates but more on fruits, vegetables, and root crops. I believe so that it could be one way of detoxifying one's body, especially the drinking of a lot of water first thing in the morning followed by salads and fruits. ent for colon cleanse! Hmmm... I think I will find it hard to follow a strict detoxification diet as I am a rice-eater twice a day! Hehe... I guess it's just fine though. But I am considering what Co-Clean supplement can do to me. The packet says it could cleanse and purify one's system, increase vitality and energy, is a powerful detoxifier that flushes dangerous toxins, and will detoxify to beautify one's body. Don't they sound to be so good to you? Hah! How about trying it for yourself?
