TLC For Yourself

I don't know why but I am so enthralled to be posting more about health matters in this blog of mine. I have started doing this in my previous posts and I think I am gonna be continuing this. It would make this very domain a healthy one. Don't you think? So here, I will be sharing tips here on how to give a TLC to yourself. Thanks to Health Magazine that I subscribe, it inspires me to share to all of you what I have read!
  • Breathe deeply. Combine focused breathing with gentle physical movement to promote even greater healing and longevity.
  • Take time to play, have fun, and do the things you love. Even 10 minutes a day can have positive health effects.
  • Spend time with people you love. Loving relationships can be healing and empowering.
  • Share your feelings by building healthy relationships; don't let them build up inside.
  • Enjoy hearty laughter as often as possible. It has many physical and psychological health benefits.
  • Get to know your mind and its ability to help you heal.
  • Use guided imagery to find your ultimate relaxation point. close your eyes and imagine the smells, sounds and sights of your favorite place.
  • Treat yourself with as much love and kindness as you would treat your best friend. You deserve it!
